Time for an update

It has been two weeks since my surgery and I am doing very well.  I’ve had lots of good news lately and I am really, truly, feeling very upbeat and positive.  This is mostly due to the pathology reports showing that the cancer hadn’t spread at all.  What a relief! It’s a winter wonderland…

I love seeing Mazatlán through new eyes.  My older sister came to visit for a week and I loved showing her what our life is like and seeing her really understand the magic of this place. The weather has been chilly – by Mazatlán standards, that is. Flying solo

I’m heading North today by myself for a week in Washington visiting family.  This time I’m not renting a car – my son and his family are picking me up and we’re going to the 13 Coins for dinner on our way back to Bellingham.
