July 12, 2017Is the construction getting finished in downtown Mazatlan? I keep reading about more tearing up of streets, sidewalks and the Malecon – so hoping it is getting put back together. The overall plan had been confusing or maybe there was no plan? TIA for any answers you can give. SandyM

July 12, 2017The construction is far from finished downtown, to my eye it is crawling along at a snail’s pace. I will take more pictures this week but sadly they will look very similar to the last ones. 🙁
