México Bicycle Delegation Succeeds in the Paris-Brest-Paris Randonneur

2015 will be a memorable year for bicycling in México. For the first time ever a Mexican delegation participated in the 1,230 km/90 hour Paris-Brest-Paris Randonneur. The ride takes place every four years and was started in 1891. This long distance cycling event is one of (if not the) most physically challenging athletic event in the world. High Tides and Grey Sand

I took a bike ride this morning in the coolness left from the rain overnight and I took a couple pictures to show you. At the bottom you’ll see the surf graph, shared by Surf in Mazatlán. The first is a street improvement between the Plazuela Machado and Belisario Dominguez on Sixto Osuna. That’s a picture of it at the top of the post. As part of this project there will be a children’s park in the small street the other side of Panama Bakery and some posts that I guess will control traffic. (I sure...

Summertime Summertime

What a fabulous time I had on my trip North this summer! Here are a few highlights:</ I flew to Seattle and took the airport shuttle North to Bellingham. Son Phil had broken his hand while removing the decking from his back deck so we had to scale back our activities a little but we still had a great time. I tried to convince him that we could all pitch in and work on replacing the wood while he supervised...
